The luxury mansion belonged to the Lundgren family that ran, for decades, the Rio Tinto’s Fabric Company. The small palace has three stores and housed a rich furniture, Italian carpets, chandeliers, and decorated tiles. Currently, belongs to the Potiguara Indians, that intent to build their memorial there.
